We are committed to providing the best products and service to our customers. In the unlikely event that a product needs to be returned, the following criteria must be followed for a refund to be processed:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If your refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at sales@qudent.co.uk or call 01903 211737. We will offer a full refund or replacement depending on the situation.

 Processing Time for Returns

  • Returns will be processed within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the returned product. However, the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your payment provider.

 Non-Returnable Items

  • Non-returnable items include:
    • Items that are customised or made to order.
    • Items that are opened, used, or not in saleable condition.
    • Gift cards or items marked as non-returnable during purchase.

 Refund to Gift Cards or Store Credit

  • If your purchase was made using a gift card or store credit, your refund will be applied to the same gift card or store credit account.

Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refund

  • Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Products must be unopened and in saleable condition. Items cannot be returned after 30 days.
  • Perishable goods cannot be returned for a refund.
  • You must contact us before returning the product via email (sales@qudent.co.uk) or telephone (01903 211737). We will confirm whether the item is eligible for a refund.
  • Returned items must be sent to Qudent Returns at the following address:

Returned items must include the following:

  • Your name
  • Reference code
  • Reason for return
  • Proof of purchase

Failure to include these details may result in delays to the refund process.

Important Note

  • Do not send returns to the manufacturer directly.
  • Specially ordered products may not be eligible for a refund and could be subject to a restocking fee, depending on the manufacturer’s policies.

 Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email confirming the receipt of your return and whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 10 working days.

 Late or Missing Refunds

  • Credit Card Purchases:
    If you paid via credit card, please allow 3-4 days after the refund confirmation before following up. You may also want to check with your bank to confirm if the refund is pending.
    If the refund is still not reflected, please contact us at sales@qudent.co.uk or 01903 211737, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
  • Account Purchases:
    For account-based purchases, your account will be credited once the refund is fully processed. Delays may occur if the item was returned without the proper documentation or if we did not receive the item. Please provide your invoice number and account details when contacting us.

 Item Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only permitted if the item is faulty or damaged. Please contact us at sales@qudent.co.uk or 01903 211737 for guidance on how to proceed with exchanges.

 Sale Items

  • Sale and clearance items are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
