We offer shipping across the UK and Ireland, including the Highlands, Islands, and the Channel Islands.

Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on the next working day, stock permitting.

Dispatch & Delivery Details

Orders placed before 2 PM on a business day will be dispatched the same day via Royal Mail or DHL, this will be based on stock depending.

Some larger items or special orders may take longer; we will notify you of any delays.

If no one is available to accept delivery, a calling card will be left with instructions for re-delivery. Failure to arrange redelivery may result in the order being returned to us, and additional delivery charges may apply.

We aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you need to return an item, please ensure the following criteria are met:
Returns Eligibility

Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unopened, and in resalable condition.

Perishable goods cannot be returned for a refund.

Specially ordered items may not be eligible for a refund or may be subject to a restocking fee (manufacturer-dependent).

Do not send returns directly to the manufacturer.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 working days.

For credit card payments, allow 3-4 days for funds to reflect in your account.

For account purchases, refunds will be credited accordingly.

Exchanges
