We offer shipping across the UK and Ireland, including the Highlands, Islands, and Channel Islands.

Delivery Options & Charges
Delivery charges and options are determined based on stock availability and your location.
- Standard Delivery (3-5 working days)
- Orders under £70.00 (excl. VAT): £4.99
- Orders over £70.00: Free Delivery
- Express Shipping (Next-Day Delivery, if ordered before 1 PM)
- £9.99 (subject to stock availability)
- Weekend Orders
- Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on the next working day, subject to stock availability.
Dispatch & Delivery Details
- Same-Day Dispatch: Orders placed before 2 PM on a business day will be dispatched the same day via Royal Mail or DHL.
- Large & Special Orders: Some larger items or special orders may require additional processing time. In such cases, we will promptly notify you of any delays.
- Urgent Orders: If you need your order by a specific date, please call us at 01903 211737 to confirm availability before placing your order.
Tracking Your Order
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email (for Express or tracked deliveries). You can track the status of your delivery directly on the Royal Mail or DHL website.
- For orders shipped via Standard Delivery, tracking may not be available.
International Shipping
- At present, we only offer shipping within the UK and Ireland. We do not currently ship to other international locations. For delivery outside of the UK and Ireland, please contact our customer service team to discuss options.
Customs & Import Duties (if applicable)
- For international orders (if we offer them in the future), all customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We advise checking with your local customs office for information on any additional charges.
Missed Deliveries
- If no one is available to accept the delivery, a calling card will be left with instructions for redelivery. Please ensure you arrange redelivery promptly, as failure to do so may result in the return of the package to us. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery in such cases.
Delivery Address
- Please ensure that the delivery address provided is correct and complete. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
