Delivery Information
We ship across the UK and Ireland including Highlands and Islands, and the Channel Islands.
Orders placed before 2pm on a business day will be dispatched the same day, it will be delivered by either the Royal Mail or DHL, Standard delivery is 3-5 days, Express Shipping is delivery before 1pm, but this is based on stock availability.
Free Delivery will be sent on the Standard Delivery option, stock depending.

Weekend orders will be dispatched the next working day, stock depending.
Some orders, and larger items that have to be "ordered in" will take longer to complete, but you will be advised if delivery times. If you need your order by a specific date please call us on 01903 211737 to check that this will be possible.
If you are not in to accept the order a calling card will be left. Please call the number on the card to arrange delivery. If you do not there is a risk that the order will be returned back to us.
If this happens we reserve the right to charge delivery a second time.
